Biography
Stephan Ouverson is the managing partner of Ouverson, Guest & Carter, PA. For over 30 years, Mr. Ouverson has represented clients as individuals, organizations, and businesses throughout South Carolina.
Stephan’s legal practice includes commercial and residential real estate, corporate law, probate, and general litigation matters. He has respectfully represented lenders and developers in connection with the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of commercial projects, condominium complexes, and residential subdivisions. His experiences in these areas include creating horizontal property regimes, handling securitized loans on large apartment complexes, as well as other transactional matters.
As part of his general practice, Mr. Ouverson also handles probate matters, estate planning, corporate structuring, and the legal needs of condominium associations.
